We deliver directly to your home anywhere in Denmark (except unconnected islands). 


How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website via e mail to or telephone us on 23 96 22 79. 

I didn’t get a confirmation e mail after ordering online - what should I do?

Check your spam folder, especially if you are a new customer. If it’s not there check ‘orders’ on your account and ensure you have completed the checkout process fully.

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery is free on orders over 500kr otherwise 45kr.

When can I expect my order?

Please check our delivery schedule which is updated monthly.  You will receive an e mail from us prior to attendance with a date and a time slot.

The date and/or time slot isn’t convenient - what should I do?

Contact us via telephone us to let us know asap. We can then re-arrange a convenient time to deliver.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can from Boxit in Nørresundby or Sulsted. Please let us know when you order you would like to collect and from which location and we will telephone you to arrange a convenient time when your order is ready. The delivery charge will be deducted from your final invoice.

How can I pay?

Payment is on delivery. We accept Dankort, mobile pay, cash and MasterCard. You will find payment details on the bottom of your invoice.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to private homes, pubs, restaurants and business premises all over Denmark, except for unconnected islands.

Can you send my order by post?

Yes we can by prior arrangement, please telephone us for details or note in the comments on your order you would like it posted. We will send you an invoice with postage beforehand. However we cannot send frozen or chilled items or glass bottles.

One of my usual items is out of stock on the website - can I still order it?

Yes you can, let us know when you order by leaving a note in the comments box what you would like and if we receive it in the meantime, we will add it to your order.

Does your delivery driver take precautions with regards to Covid-19?

Yes he does. The payment machine is sanitised after every transaction.  If you are concerned about Covid-19 you may wish to use mobile pay as that is contact free.

Why can’t I pay on the website?
