d. Last page "Order Confirmation".   Click "Confirm Order" at bottom of page.

Your shopping basket will now be empty and you will receive an immediate e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

b.   check that you have written your e-mail address correctly when you registered with us.

c. check that your order has been sent.  (if there are still items in your shopping basket after completing your order then your order has not been sent. Please return to the checkout and follow the three steps.........continue, continue, confirm.)

Cannot find an item: if you are browsing and cannot find the item you are looking for, use the search box on the right of your screen. You can search by the products name or by the manufacturers name. eg. Writing just  “saus” will find all the sausages

Delivery Dates: delivery dates for your area can be found under the heading Information/delivery on the right of your screen.
